single family house to share in coral springs located just northwest of university dr. & ramblewood dr.there are two fully furnished rooms available in a 4-bedroom/2-bathroom single family house with a split floorplan. both rooms have a ceiling fan, closet, a window, and wood laminate flooring. one room has a queen bed and the other has a full bed; both have matching furniture. the home has a 2-car garage, a laundry room, a screened-in patio, and small yard. electric, water, basic cable, internet access (wi-fi), bathroom use, laundry room use, and kitchen use are included in the monthly rent. you will have a private room, and you will share a recently updated bathroom with no more than one other lady. the bathroom has tub/shower combination.
the house is a couple of minutes away from the coral square mall. publix and doris are also a couple of minutes away. the hospital and post office are each less than 7 minutes away. there is a small park for jogging with exercise stations down the street. cypress and mullins parks are less than 5 minutes away. the center for the arts, the police, and fire stations are next to mullins park. the sportsplex, which includes an aquatic complex, tennis center, and much more, is about 7 minutes away. the sawgrass expressway is about 7 minutes away too.
i currently share my home with my granddaughter and my cat, lucas. i hope you are not allergic to cats. my granddaughter is usually at school until the evening most days; she is a dedicated college student. we are both considerate, respectful, and easygoing. i am semi-retired, but i work and go to school. it is too difficult for me to go to school while working a full-time job. i need additional income for school. this is why i am looking for roommates. all prospective candidates are subject to background and credit screening for safety and ease-of-mind for the entire household. no pets are allowed. first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent required.
