i have 1 room to rent in my home in fort myers, (on jackson street.) i have a carport, and it’s a quiet area. public transportation is widely available. the room is unfurnished. if needed, my boyfriend and i can help get you a bed and tv. cable tv and wifi included in rent. other utilities are not included. your cut will be $500.00 per month. not including utilities. my new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. the utility bill will be split in half, so the cost of utilities could go down once all costs are known.
i get up after 12pm. i go to bed 12am - 2am. i eat almost anything. my level of cleanliness is best described as clean. i often have overnight guests. i party occasionally.

i’m ideally looking for someone to stay at least twelve months; (with a tenant at will agreement) who is a non-smoker, and not to noisy, i am a singer and a lyricist who also owns an internet radio station with my boyfriend, so you must like music. i am also looking for a female only who is a personal care attendant, or someone with a background in healthcare who is willing to help with a disabled young woman with cerebral palsy. you will be paid for hours worked ($12 an hour) and trained by myself and my boyfriend. i only require assistance with personal hygiene and meal prep, other than that i'm a very independent woman. you must also be open to my boyfriend spending the night. if this sound like it might suit you, contact me. thanks. please, no kids and no traditional pets.
