i have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home to share with 1 female only. must be a non-smoker. home is located in the val vista and ray area of gilbert near san tan village mall. rent is $700 a month and includes all utilities (direct tv and wifi internet) and is available immediately. you will have 2 bedrooms (use one as a home office/den etc), private bath and parking space in the garage. back yard has water fountain, 3 seating areas, bbq grill and 2 tier gas fireplace. you will have use of the washer, dryer, all kitchen appliances, along with use of living room, kitchen etc. home is fully furnished except your rooms. no smoking, drugs, etc. you must show proof of ability to pay the rent, have references and have no criminal background. i am a self-employed female in my 40's with a 4 year old female bishon/poodle mix dog so you must love dogs.
