my name is tim and i have a 2 bedroom 1 bath luxury apt in paddock park and spa. i’m looking to rent out the guest room with full access to apt and big screened in patio on 2nd floor. apt has fireplace and indoor built in grill. apt is fully furnished. i have 2 dogs so no additional pets would be allowed. bathroom has a stand in shower and a separate jacuzzi tub and two sinks. i’m 26 and have a career with state farm. i am looking for a mature, responsible and fun male or female roommate. i am a very fun and outgoing and easy to get along with person. i like to keep a nice looking apartment. the rent i’m looking for is an even split down the middle which includes rent, gas, and electric. the time period would be from now until my lease is up in december. guestroom is decent size with closet and cable ready and direct access to patio. apt has great lake view as well. please email me with any questions you may have. pictures avail upon request of apt.
