nice 2/2 house off econ, walking distance to valencia c.c. east. rent is $425/month + utilities. water runs about $40/month and electric can run from $80(winter)-$150(summer) both split 50/50. room is 11'x 10' with a long closet with acordian style doors. you will have your own bathroom but its is not conjoined.

quiet neighborhood, good size backyard with privacy fence, and tile throughout. dogs and cats are ok as i have a minature dachshund who loves everybody she comes in contact with.

i'm 25m, looking for either m/f roommate to move in by december 1st. not too picky but have to beable to clean up after yourself and must be 420 friendly. dont want a party house, but im not against throwing down in some beer pong or any other drinking games.
