my husband and i, are looking to rent 2 rooms in our home.we have a two story house with 7 bedrooms. the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor.
room 1 is 10 x 12 and room 2 is 10 x 10. you would be sharing the full bathroom downstairs that is right across from rooms.
what is nice about the house is the first floor bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the main living room area by french doors so your side of the house stays pretty quiet and gives you the feeling of having your own space. this section of the home has it's own central air conditioning that is separate from the rest of the home and is under control of the tennants.
rent would be $750 total and includes all utitlities, basic cable, and wifi internet.
our kitchen has a brand new brand name fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
we also have top end front loader washer and dryer that are only 2 years old.
my husband is in his late 20's and i'm in my early 30's and we do not smoke, do any types of drugs, and only drink socially.
we are looking for pretty much the same in our roommates. i am a teacher and my husband is hospitality manager and we do not have any kids.
we do have 3 small dogs which we solely take care of and never ask anyone to look after.
most nights we spend watching tv in our living room and going out to dinner.
weekends is when we tend to do more but, would never have people over or a party without letting you know. (we kind of expect the same from you.)
there is no deposit or long term lease. basically we're just asking that you give us at least a 30 days notice before moving out.
our home is located off colonial drive between dean and rouse rd. we are about 10 minutes from ucf, 5 minutes from the major highways 408 & 417, and 5 mins from waterford shopping center. please shoot us an email if you have any questions or if you are interested and we will proceed from there. thank you.
