good day,my wife and i own a 7 bedroom home between ucf, waterford lakes, and vcc. the first floor of the home includes a two bedroom/one bath suite separated from the majority of the home by french doors. the house is in a quiet neighborhood, sitting on a half acre lot canopied by mature oak trees.
$500 per month is for one room with all utilities included, wifi, cable, etc. both rooms are available for rent and can be worked out at a great price should you desire a separate office area, or if you want to bring a roommate with you. the home's dining room is adjacent to the bedrooms, and can be included in the rental package to make a great living space.
compared to an apartment, this is a fantastic deal. you will not find such a great living space with all utilities included at such a great price.
furniture is available if requested.
