i am looking for a responsible person to share my home starting on october 1,2011. the roommate will have the master bedroom which includes private walk in bathroom/shower, walk in closet, bathroom closet. you will also have access to the remainder of the house (living room, dining room, screened in patio). there is absolutely no drugs allowed or wild parties however; it is fine to invite friends over of an overnight guest as long as you let me know ahead of time just so i am aware that they are coming. i am very easy going and family oriented. you must like dogs because i have a teacup pomeranian (bella), toy yorkie (stella) and a puppy lab and cockerspaniel (tinkerbell). all of the dogs are extremely friendly. with having 3 small dogs in the home i am unable to allow any more animals in the home (except fish tank) at this time. the rent will be $650 a month plus $150 for the utilities (electric, phone (includes wi-fi throughout the house and fax machine). the complex has a community pool and tennis courts. when i hear from you we can discuss move in fee and monthly rental amount.
