looking for someone who wants to house share... 800 a month includes bedroom and private bath plus -- utilities, cable, alarm system, lawn, etc -- we also have a pool -- and biweekly housekeeping...i have 2 kids that i am protective of - they are with their dad every other weekend and one evening a week... so someone who doe snot mind house sharing with a single (responsible and working) mom... for safety of my kids - no drugs, no 'heavy' drinkers, no criminal records, etc..

prefer someone outgoing and positive... - single moms welcome too!! but not mandatory... i want responsible and reliable... no drama please...
