some of these questions i couldn't answer correctly. because they. didn't give me an option that was correct for my, well, our situation. i am femake yes, but i'm married, so we are a couple looking for a room to rent. also, yes i'm a smoker but i don't smoke inside. my husband is terminally ill with a lung condition and we can't be in a home where you smoke inside. i also answered yes to needing a furnished room, but it really doesn't matter, furnished or not its ok. id prefer furnished so we don't have move all our things. call me 954-383-8583
